120 North Pearl Street
The development of 120 North Pearl Street effectuates continued progress towards transit-oriented development. Specifically, this development included 50 luxury residential units - mainly studies and one-bed rooms to reduce enviromental impacts - and used the Village's density bonus program in exchange of public benefits. This development provided a reduced parking scheme to its proximity to the Port Chester Metro North train station. The project is currently under construction and anticipates completion by Summer 2016 

Capitol Enterprises, Inc.

  • $2.2 million dollar renovation to the interior of the existing Capitol Theater including significant interior design alterations, installation of state-of-the-art light, sound, and video systems.
  • Facilities alterations to ensure compliance with the code of the village of Port Chester, Building & Fire Code of New York State, and Property Maintenance Code of New York State.
