This preliminary Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) was submitted by the Applicant, as is appropriate under the State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA), for review by the Village as lead agency. This proposed impact statement has not been reviewed by the Village and its consultants, and has not been accepted as adequate and complete by the Village. Accordingly, this document is not the DEIS that will be circulated to the public and be the subject of public review and comment, including a public hearing.
This preliminary DEIS has been placed on the Village website for informational purposes only. When a DEIS has been accepted by the Village as complete and adequate for public review, that document will be placed on the website and will be available for public review.
