VILLAGE OF PORT CHESTER FAÇADE IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
THE PROGRAM: The Village of Port Chester is offering matching grants of up to $15,000 to eligible properties in the target area to make improvements to the building facades.
WHERE IS THE TARGET AREA:
Buildings on North Main Street between Highland Street and Westchester Avenue are in the target area.
WHO CAN APPLY :
Building owners as well as commercial tenants such as store owners are eligible to apply. Tenants will need the building owner to agree to their applications.

- SIGNS
- AWNINGS
- STOREFRONTS
- WINDOWS FACING MAIN STREET
- OTHER REPAIRS AND PAINTING OF EXTERIOR ELEMENTS OF THE FAÇADE
