Home delivered meals are avilable to eligible senior citizens in the Village of Port Chester on a needs assessment basis. Meals are delivered Monday- Friday between the hours of 11am - 1pm. We can not accomodate special dietary needs. Once on the program, visits are made by the Westchester County Department of Senior Programs and Services to determine continued eligibility. A signed doctors note is required to participate in the program. To apply please complete the attached forms and return them to the center.
