ABOUT THE CENTER
We are conveniently located at 222 Grace Church Street behind the Old Horton School Building.
The Center is open 9:00 to 4:00 Monday through Saturday. There are numerous activity rooms all on one floor including a TV Lounge, Pool Room, Library, Computer Lab, Arts & Crafts Rooms, Exercise Room, Card Room, and a Dining Room. Parking is available in our lot. The center is handicapped accessible.
HOW DO YOU JOIN?
Port Chester residents, 60 years of age or older, are eligible to join by filling out a simple registration form. Proof of residency is required.
Nutrition Program
Nutrition - serves a delicious and nutritious hot lunch daily in our Dining Room from 11:45 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. for a $1.50 suggested contribution. To reserve a meal you must call by Friday of the week before you plan to attend. Call 939-4975 for reservations.
Enjoy Recreation & Leisure Wellness classes, trips, special programs and events. Educational presentations, trips to museums, theaters, casinos and other places of interest. Overnight trips are offered throughout the year. Also join in our parties and celebrations.
TRANSPORTATION
Our twenty-two passenger bus make it possible for seniors to get to and from the Senior Center. For a reservation , call 939-4975
The Port Chester Senior Center Nutrition Program and Transportation/Supportive Services are funded through the Village of Port Chester, the US Department of Health and Human Services, the New York State Office for the Aging and the Westchester County Department of Senior Programs and Services.
