The Village of Port Chester has undertaken an initiative to revamp its zoning regulations to spur economic development and to respect the community. This effort - entitled "Plan the Port" - involves community engagement, visioning, drafting of a form-based code, preparing a build-out analysis, and evaluation of impacts and proposed mitigation measures through the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) process.

Below you will find links to important project documents. You can also find project information at https://www.plantheport.com.
